RUN-FIT is a combination of running and bodyweight exercises. For all abilities, we run some, we bodyweight exercise some, it's as simple as that. It's tailored to your ability, so don't fear that it's long runs with marathon runners. It's a simple way to get active out and about in Salcombe and take in some views while we get fit together.
