Meet the Founder: Eoghan Grace started The Studio Salcombe as a family-run business with a vision of fostering a culture of fitness in the picturesque town of Salcombe. Having a background in sport and fitness, his dream was to create a private space where individuals could advance their fitness journeys and achieve their personal goals.
His passion for health and well-being, coupled with his belief in supporting people in improving their fitness, has been the driving force behind the establishment of The Studio Salcombe. Hi, I am Eoghan, one half of the founders and head coach here at The Studio Salcombe. My journey from a very active life in Ireland to a professional rugby career taught me the value of disciplined, effective training. With a degree in Strength & Conditioning, I focus on sustainable health and pain relief through precise fitness programmes.

I understand the demands of a busy lifestyle and design tailored programmes to fit seamlessly into my clients’ lives. My goal is to inspire and guide you towards optimal health, ensuring a pain-free and fulfilling life.
